Being the Report of the Court of Her Highness Amanda, Princess of Tir Righ, held on April 15, 2006 being AS XL, at the Winters End Tourney in the Shire of Ramsgaard.

Her Highness Amanda thanked the Shire for their kind invitation. She had a wonderful time at a Ramsgaard event last fall and knows She'll have a wonderful time at this event. Her Highness said she's enjoying visiting new places and meeting new people.

The Shire seneschal, His Lordship Duncan Darroch, was called forth and presented with tokens of Their Highness' thanks for his and the Shire's work.

Her Highness asked the populace to help promote a more medieval atmosphere by changing one little thing for every event.

Her Highness spoke about the Games Tourney, for which a game is held at almost every event that Their Highnesses attend. There is a winner awarded for each event tourney, and there will be a cumulative winner announced at May Investiture. Her Highness also mentioned the Tir Righ Spring Coronet, to be held the following weekend in the Shire of Cae Mor, and encouraged those who could to attend.

Lady Meadley was awarded arms, on behalf of Prince Ieuan and Princess Gwyneth and by Grace of King Uther and Queen Angharad (19 November XL).

Thomas Blackwood was awarded arms, on behalf of Prince Ieuan and Princess Gwyneth and by Grace of King Uther and Queen Angharad (19 November XL). Thomas' arms were accepted by a representative on his behalf, and Her Highness did reminded all present to keep it a secret until Thomas was presented with his charter.

By the grace of King Sven and Queen Signy, Their Highnesses awarded Marlyn Anderson (Ramsgaard) an Award of Arms. Marlyn was not present, and the charter was accepted on her behalf.

By the grace of King Sven and Queen Signy, Their Highnesses awarded Melody and Alan Isenor (Ramsgaard) Awards of Arms.

Her Highness presented a Jambe de Lion for Ceara Einarsdottir, from King Uther and Queen Angharad, dated December 3, XL. Ceara was not present, and the charter was accepted by a representative on her behalf.

Her Highness Amanda spoke about the beads created from Clinton clay by His Lordship Alexandor Ivor. The recipient called forth was not present, and Her Highness asked the populace to keep it a secret.

Her Ladyship Vivien of Shaftesbury announced the winner of the Games Tourney. Arnora took first place, Lady Aucacia took second place and third place went to Her Ladyship Vivien of Shaftesbury. First place received a Nine Man's Morris game, made by Lady Mary Ostler of Lions Gate, which included the game board, carrying bag and antler playing pieces.

Dravin spoke about the Blue Helm tourney planned for the next day. Blue Helm is an investment in the future as these are the fighters of tomorrow.

Alan Isenor spoke about archery; today they held archery classes and tomorrow would be an archery tournament.

The Shire made a presentation to Her Highness.

Her Ladyship Giacinta Cocchetti called forth all the class instructors and presented them with beaded tokens of the Shire's appreciation. The autocrat and feastocrat was called forth, and was also presented with a beaded token in thanks for her efforts.

Her Ladyship Elanor Wrenn was called forth and presented with a beaded thank you for her hard work as the Shire's former seneschal.

The Shire's Seneschal announced that Sir Owain had been victorious at the heavy lists that day. Nick of Loch Logan was awarded for chivalry in the heavy lists. Rapier was won by Draven, with Gwyidon second and Molly Modine third. The best rapier death was awarded to His Lordship Duncan Darroch, and the Best Boaster was Molly Modine.

Thus ended the Court of Her Highness Amanda, Princess of Tir Righ.

Being the Report of the Court of Her Highness Amanda, Princess of Tir Righ, held on April 16, 2006 being AS XL, at the Winters End Tourney in the Shire of Ramsgaard.

Her Highness said there was no grand march today because of timing, and asked the seneschal for a grand march the next time She visits even though She would not be Princess at that time.

Her Highness thanked the Shire for the wonderful event - learning, teaching, combat, dancing - above all joy, service and courtesy. It gladdens Her heart, and She was very impressed.

Draven spoke of the Blue Helm Tourney, which was the Shire's first, an opportunity for the youth to be involved. Her Highness asked the organizers to stand so they could be thanked properly.

The combatants were asked to come before Her Highness. The winner was Connor, attending his first event. Connor was presented with a token by Her Highness and asked to join Her retinue during Court. Chivalry recipient was Adrien, and the Best Death went to Cody. Liam - most panache, Cy - most fun, Pips - most persistent, Liz - courtesy. Her Highness presented each with tokens, and also thanked Draven and Molly for promoting the tourney, and for making equipment.

Molly Modine spoke about furthering Blue Helm within the Shire. She would like Blue Helm fighters to be recognized as such, and presented bracelets of blue beads which could be given to Blue Helm fighters after their first Tourney. This is part of Molly's Appledore quest, and she hopes other shires will take it on. Molly also spoke about visual signs for the fighters for those who may be hearing impaired. If there are no badges yet, she would like to get one registered. A Blue Helm set was given to Molly, she wanted to donate them to Principality to be given to a Shire which does not have its own.

Her Highness Amanda thanked the spectators; their support is important. She mentioned that at Investiture of September Crown there will be a live chess game with Blue Helm for all ages.

Her Highness Amanda said it's important we recognize courtesy, chivalry and service, and gave token of thanks to Citara for her help given this weekend, Cy for looking after very young people on Saturday and Conja who drove a person to Kamloops for medication.

Her Highness gave a token of thanks to Lady Jeanie, Ramsgaard's Pied Piper, for planning classes for the event.

Her Highness called forth two of her Retinue pages, and released them from service, presenting them with necklaces as thanks for their service.

By the grace of King Sven and Queen Signy, Their Highnesses awarded Valen Auliach an Award of Arms; accepted by Katrinka. Her Highness asked all to keep this a secret until Valen could be presented with the charter.

Her Ladyship Giacinta Cocchetti announced that the day's lunch by donation had raised $100, $50 for the Principality travel fund and $50 for Her Highness's viscountess coronet.

His Lordship Duncan Darroch gave the results of the archery tournament. Child's first place to Cody, Adult's first place to Kenneth of Shaftsbury. Alan was adult runner-up, Tzi was child runner up. This was Cody's first time out and he bested everyone in his age group.

His Lordship Kenneth of Shaftesbury asked Her Highness for permission to address the populace, and did publically thank his inspiration, Her Ladyship Vivien of Shaftesbury, and present to her the award he received for the archery tournament.

Thus ended the Court of Her Highness Amanda, Princess of Tir Righ.
