Schedule and contest details
Tir Righ Bardic Championship
Declaration of intention is due ASAP. Everyone must apply via email to the current Bardic Champion and not in person. You are not signed up until you hear conformation of participation via email from the current champion. Format and Expectations:The competitors must perform three pieces (pieces may be vocal, instrumental, or verbal) in front of a panel of judges during the day on Saturday. One of the pieces must be heavily documented and will be assessed. The other two pieces are required to have at least minimal documentation. The other two pieces can be in 'sca style' but 'sca style' is not modern music, and filks are discouraged. Performers must be prepared to perform in front of a large audience as part of the competition; this is to prepare for being the coveted Tir Righ Bardic Champion. The competitors are encouraged to use at least two contrasting pieces to show their range of performance ability (warning: You will be asked what contrast you are using!). Performers are encouraged to watch the entire competition to learn and get a feel for the other talents in the principality. The winner will be announced at court the following day. A note to the populace: Bardic is a spectator sport and on-lookers are welcome!
Sincerely, Lady Danika Poecile du Lenora(The current Bardic Champion)

Sunday –Squires, Rapier, Archery
Other Tournaments
Tournament of Inspiration -Saturday This tournament is common in the West, the land of our early origins, and serves as a way for both the inspirations and fighters to continue their journey after being eliminated from the Coronet Tournament.
After 4th round the Eric’s will be divided and fighters, along with inspirations, who have been eliminated from the first tourney will move, if they so wish, to the Tournament of Inspiration. Each fighter will challenge another to 3 fights. The winner of the bout then names, and points out if possible, their inspiration to the other fighter. The losing fighter presents themselves to the Princess, tells of the bout, names the opponent and inspiration and receives a flower to give to the winners inspiration. Inspirations are encouraged to remain close to the Eric in order to further inspire and receive flowers. Fighters who didn’t enter the Coronet Tournament may also participate in the Inspiration Tournament, please have an inspiration to receive flowers
Arts and Sciences Contest
Please sign up at officers’ point for this contest, as material packets are limited. All participants will receive raw materials to start a project. The rules are few and thus follow:

The finished project must be presented (with or without creator) and will be judged at May Ivestiture.

"This Order Meeting Now" Banners
Somewhere near where the orders are meeting, but in plain sight of as much of the rest of camp as possible, there will be a banner pole that will fly Peerage banners *during* the meetings.
Chivalry – black, with white belt Laurel – green Pelican - red
The Peers-in-Waiting(-For-Their-Meeting-To-Start) will no longer have to hover around the edge of the Eric, trying to figure out which Order is currently meeting by who's sitting in the circle.

Personal Memories
(Add your personal event memories here. End them with a blank line, four dashes and another blank line. Don't forget to sign them with dash-dash-tildex3. Reminder: it's considered VERY rude to edit someone else's memories.)
First appearance of the Peerage Meeting banners.
Chivalry - black with a white belt
Pelican - red
Laurel - green
Only the Chivalry banner is completed. But I'm pleased -- two people mentioned that they used the banners to locate the meetings. And some kind soul thought to take down the Chivalry banner when the Chivalry meeting concluded Saturday evening (I was off-site at dinner). Look for the Laurel banner to be completed in time for May Crown.
Some concerns were raised about the timing of the Pelican and Laurel. The meetings were rescheduled for Saturday morning 10-11 and 11-12 respectively.
I picked up my charming and delightful "E.B. the Flemish Mouse" made by Caitrina inghean Anndriasa. Look for a picture on my website shortly.
