William Richard Drake

I started in the SCA in 1988 in the Kingdom of Ansteora. I was amazed that there were so many other people that enjoyed history and the middle ages like I did. I moved a couple years later to the Barony of Loch Salaan, in what was at the time the Kingdom of Atenveldt. I spent the next ten years playing there learning to fence and helping however I could. I took some time off when I got married and when my son was born. After my wife died I moved here to An Tir with my son and began getting involved in the SCA again.
