How to Add an Event

1. Create a master event page for your event (e.g. "Shire Picnic") Include [[Category:Events]] at the bottom of this page.
2. On the master event page, add a link to your event for this year (e.g. "Shire Picnic XL/2005")
3. Add this code to the content area of this year's page: {{subst:EventTemplate}}
4. Save the page.
5. Open it for editing again.
6. Replace the instructions in brackets and the sample text with real event text
7. Next year, repeat from Step 2.
