Kingdom Law says: "The Lion's Arrow is given by the Crown upon an individual's completion of a term as Kingdom Protector."
OP says: "A mark of favour given by the Crown to those who have completed a term as the Kingdom Protector (archery champion)"
The Honour of the Lion's Arrow is awarded to the Kingdom Archery Champion when they step down from their term as Kingdom Protector.
