Greetings! One of two things: 1) The server is undergoing a migration at this time. 2) The page has too many links on it and the system goes a little nuts over it.

by changing url

http://scribes.antir.sca.org/domesday/index.html

to

http://scribes.antir.sca.org/domesday/

and doing so elicits a complaint from mediawiki that, quoting,

"""The page you wanted to save was blocked by the spam filter. // This is probably caused by a link to a blacklisted external site, or by having too many external links in your page. Unfortunately we have to set fairly strict limits on the number external links per page that are permitted."""

I trust this is helpful to know.
