Event Announcement

AN TIR CORONET TOURNEY, LIONS GATE, 3-5 SEPTEMBER, A.S. XII.

Warner Loat Park near Vancouver B.C. will be the site of the tournament to select the next Prince of An Tir. Morgan of Aberistwyth is autocrat, with help from Duncan bog Cameron and Nikolai Andreeov.

Schedule of Events:
Saturday: afternoon--Arrival, and a large group game
evening--Campfire (warm-up for Sunday night) Sunday: morning--Archery competition (with pop-up targets)
noonish--Court
1 PM--Challenges and Lists begin
5 PM (?) --Court
evening--Campfire (hopefully better than Saturday's)
Monday: morning--Knife-throwing competition, Boffer chess game
1 or 2 or 3 PM--Closing Court
5 PM--site should be clear

Entry fees of 50¢ each will be charged for archery and knife-throwing competitions. All meals will be picnic type, i.e. bring your own. There will be a list of nearby stores and a map of how to get to them. Musicians are encouraged to bring their instruments. Music for marches and processions is available.
