The Barony of Madrone and the Madrone Equestrian Guild present the 6th annual Emprise of the Black Lion, the most renowned equestran toumament in the land on September 8-10, 2006. The main tournament is styled after the 15th Century treatise of King Rene D'Anjou and will be overseen by four renowned royal peers. Join the berfois and gallery to thrill to two full days of feats of heraldic splendor and jousting, mounted combat, and games of equestinan and martial skill, including a heavy Pas d'Armes. | |||
