Beak Bell of Dumfries (she/her)
Companion Beak (bay ahk) Bell of Dumfries has been a part of the Society for Creative Anachronism since 2007. She lives in the Barony of Three Mountains where she has had the privilege and honor to serve her barony as a Courtier to the Coronets of Three Mountains from June 28, 2014 (AS XLIX) to May 31st, 2025 (A.S LX).
She has served her barony by providing largesse, as retinue for the coronets, scribal officer, YAFA officer and as event steward of several events. She was apprenticed to Selene Trioros, companion to the Order of the Pelican and Randal fitz alan the Redowtable, master of the Order of the Laurel, prior to her elevation to the Order of the Pelican on May 31st, 2025 (A.S. LX.)
Interests
Beak spends most of her time either supporting those around her through acts of service through set up/tear down, organizing decorations, helping through retinue and through her fiber arts. Her creative side is also a type of service. She utilizes her creativity as a way to provide items for the Tri-Baronial area as well as her kingdom. She considers herself a generalist through providing crochet, nalbinding, knit, and painted items often for children of the barony. She has made felt stuffies, painted wooden animals, made hats and hand painted boxes.
