My first SCA event was June Faire, 1987. I attended a few scattered events between 1987 and 1991. I was pulled in as a constable working for Richard of Sussex at May Crown 1991 and June Faire immediately following. After that I became more active, working as a constable for several years before developing an interest in the then Shire Newsletter, ‘The Flames of the Dragon.’  The rest is detailed above in the resume. In the modern world I work as a Planning Manager for Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in Bremerton, WA. My primary task is to respond to requests of assistance from Naval Ships and Activities in readying a plan of assistance and putting together the repair team, including their technical guidance, material, tooling, etc.<br>

1999 - Present Kingdom of An Tir / Barony of Dragon’s Laire

Exchequer (Treasurer), Kingdom and Baronial
  • Held role of Exchequer for the Kingdom of An Tir 2015 – 2017.
  • Held role of Treasurer (Exchequer) to the Kingdom of An Tir's Chronicler Office from 2007 to 2018. Required to pay bills as required to support production of monthly Kingdom newsletter before the Kingdom newsletters became electronically available. Managed account with approximately $20,000 in assets.
  • Held role of Baronial Exchequer (Barony of Dragon’s Laire) with over $60,000 in assets from 1999 – 2004, and again from 2017-2021.
  • Currently works as Exchequer for miscellaneous guilds and activities, including An Tir / West War, An Tir College of Ithra, An Tir Kingdom Feast, and An Tir Moneyers’ Guild.
  • Currently supports Their Royal Majesties of An Tir in the tracking and reimbursement of travel expenses over the course of their reign (since Fall of 2021 through summer of 2023).

  • Currently holds the role of Deputy to the Arts and Sciences Minister in the Barony of Dragon’s Laire, Kingdom of An Tir. I provide regular classes to the Baronial Populace by recruiting instructors and setting up classroom settings, including scheduling and advertising.
  • Currently providing support as Bardic Coordinator for the Barony of Dragon’s Laire. This support includes the coordination of instrumental practices and performances, providing bardic support as requested by the Populace.

  • Represented Their Majesties of An Tir as Baron of Dragon’s Laire of a Barony with over (200) paid members.

Seneschal, Barony of Dragon’s Laire
  • Chief administrator of a Barony with over (200) paid members.
  • Oversee Autocrats for the four major events and several minor events held over a normal year in the branch.
  • Head of the Financial Committee which oversees assets owned by the branch, which totals over $40,000 at this time.
  • Oversee the Officers and other Administrators of the branch to ensure their compliance with reporting and all Kingdom / Society requirements.
  • Act as official Business Manager of the branch, including interpretation of Kingdom and Society rules and regulations.


September, 2004 - 2007 Kingdom of An Tir

Kingdom of An Tir Chronicler
  • Editor-In-Chief of The Crier, the Kingdom newsletter, with over 2,000 subscribers.
  • Manage a working staff of six to produce the Kingdom Newsletter.
  • Oversee all Chroniclers of the Kingdom of An Tir.
  • Manage production of minutes from all Kingdom official Curia, and updates to Kingdom Law.

  • Managed Book Heraldry submissions for the Barony. Over 30 submissions.
  • Assisted in research and conflict checking of names and devices as needed.
  • Ensured all required paper ready for submission.

Branch Chronicler
  • Produced the Baronial Newsletter, ‘The Flames of the Dragons’.
