Lions Blood Herald

Lions Blood Herald is a deputy to Black Lion Principal Herald. This job is responsible for making decisions on each month's Internal Letter of Intent, which is all the heraldic submissions that are submitted to the An Tir College of Heralds for that month. Lions Blood decides whether they need more work by the submitter or if they should be decided by the Laurel Sovereign of Arms, and then issues an External Letter of Intent when the decisions are made.
