The Madrone Culinary Guild will be provicing a lavish six course banquet for your peasure. We are preparing more than 20 dishes including Genoese pasta with arugula pesto, Roast chicken with Orange-cinnamon sauce, ginger cheesecake, beef stewed in wine dried cherries, crispy fried pearl onions, candied pine-nuts and so much more!

Schedule:

12:00 pm - Site opens 2:30 pm - Court begins 4:00 pm - Set up for dinner 5:00 pm - First Course Served 6:25 pm - Break 6:45 pm - Fourth Course Served 10:00 pm - Site Closes
