This is a children's award for service in the Barony of Seagirt, created by Thegn Uilliam mac Ailleacuten vhic Seacuteamus and Baronossa Theocharista Irene Doukaina. Members are selected by recommendation to the Baron and Baroness. The insignia of the Order is a small badge with a sea otter on a blue background.
