Being the Report of the Court of Their Highnesses Savaric and Safiye, Prince and Princess of Tir Righ. Court held on August 8, 2008 being AS XLIII at Pennsic War in the Kingdom of the East.

Witnessed by Their Majesties of An Tir, King Owain and Queen Wrenn, and by a few members of the Tir Righ Populace, Their Highnesses did release Their Heavy Armoured Champion, Thegn Ulf Bloodfoot Fallgrson, from his fealty and duty so that he may travel to South Africa with no bonds.

Their Highnesses chose to admit him that same day into the Order of the Guardian of Tir Righ for his service as Their Champion.
