A defunct incipient shire formed in February AS XXVI/1992 encompassing Linn County, Oregon. It was first organized under the title of Sylvan Vale. When and why it was disbanded is currently not known.
- The Seneshal of the branch in July 1992 was Simon Karlsson.
- The territory of Linn County, Oregon would later reform as an official SCA branch of the Shire of Nordholt which also was disbanded.
