• 2022 - helped volunteers add pronouns to the An Tir Op
• 2024 - advocated to the crown to schedule warm-up time before the crown tournament starts.
• The Crown listened and now everyone gets a 20-minute warm-up after the procession to fight in Crown and right before the tournament starts
• 2024- Emailed the Dexter gauntlet about adding small pronunciation clips for everyone’s name to help heralds pronounce names correctly more often.
• This was suggested to me by an SCA member so I can advocate for the right people
• 2024 - Helping their Royal Highnesses create guidelines for An Tir event Stewarding to create a DEBI steward position and/ or helpful tips to make events more inclusive.
• 2024 - Helping their Royal Highnesses by creating identification pins or favors to show people that it is safe for anyone to talk to them.
• 2025 - Assisted facilitators with their presentations for the Known World DEIB symposium
