I'm afraid that I don't feel that a ship is significantly different from a household.  A quote from the household page:
"Broadly, an SCA household is a group of people who are friends who gather together for mutual support or interest. Typically, a household will hang around together at day events and camp together at camping events. There can be as few as three members or as many as several hundred. They might call themselves a household, a ship, or a clan. "

Seems to be about right.  Also there are currently other ships under the household category.  Any other thoughts?  [[User:Tomas|Tomas]] 04:36, 4 Apr 2007 (EDT)

I certainly understand they are thematically different. Perhaps a sub-category of households? --Michelino di Gino Martini 19:56, 2 Apr 2007 (EDT)
