It will be at the Masonic Park outside of Granite Falls at the Rainbow Girls Center. This area has a large meeting building, a two story combination upstairs dorm for twenty and downstairs kitchen and dining hall.

There is RV space, camping and parking.

Schedule ———- Friday afternoon gate opens at 4:00 PM, closes at 12:00 AM Saturday morning gate opens at 8:00 AM, closes at 12:00 AM Sunday morning gate opens at 8:00 AM, site closes at 15:00 PM

Each class instructor will collect any class fees directly if needed.

1st Course:

Duck Giblet and Mushroom Soup Focaccia Bread with Feta Cheese Oysters Anise Seed Cookies

2nd Course

Sausage and Polenta Spinach with Pine Nuts Applesauce with Rosewater

3rd Course

Spaghetti with Anchovie Sauce Duck with Herbs and Cheese Custard Pie with Apples
