*After exhasting all avenues within the Corporation, a mundane lawsuit was eventually filed that attempted to force the Society to repeal the R&D. The case was dropped, and the SCA paid Aveloc's legal fees as well as additional compensation, but neither party admitted fault.

  • According to the Board Minutes of Oct 2002, his R&D was issued at the January 2002 Board meeting. (At the time of writing the January 2002 Board Minutes were not available online.)
  • Possibly the only R&D ever instigated and carried out soley at the Corporate level. The Crown and Kingdom of An Tir did not officially ever call for an R&D.
