SCA History

  • My first event was the first Machievelli Memorial Feast held on the Island in 1988 or 1989... but I had come out and met many Seagirtian's at every UVic clubs day from 1984 until 1988.
  • I remember Iain Ruadh nan Madadh (now Don Iain Archibald Guthrie), setting himself on fire at a Seagirt Secret Tourney and claiming the title "Hottest Man in Seagirt".
