Sealion War is held annually at the end of May or beginning of June, either in on Vancouver Island or in the Lower Mainland. Hosted by either the Barony of Lions Gate or the Barony of Seagirt, depending on the location of the war that year.

Originally, Sealion was known as "Bitter Waters War", and was held on Saltspring Island.
