This award was instituted by Thegn Uilliam mac Ailleacuten vhic Seacuteamus and Baronossa Theocharista Irena Diaconia of Seagirt to commend and recognize warriors (heavy, rapier and archery) for excellence in at least two of the following martial qualities: fighting, teaching, armouring, chivalry, and leadership.
