Blazon: Azure in fess an osprey rising wings addorsed Argent between an oak leaf inverted and an oak leaf, Or.
This award is the first level service award of the Barony of Wealdsmere. It is usually given by recommendation to the Baron and Baroness and is to reward those that have contributed to the betterment of the Barony through Service to the Barony.
