First Court of Their Highnesses Savaric and Safiye, Prince and Princess of Tir Righ Tir Righ May Investiture May 10, 2008 being AS XLIII Shire of Ramsgaard

Being the Report of the First Court of Their Highnesses Savaric and Safiye, Prince and Princess of Tir Righ. Court held on May 10, 2008 being AS XLIII at Spring Investiture in the Shire of Ramsgaard.

Their Highnesses invited His Excellency Griffin ap Bedwyr, Baron of Lions Gate into Their Court.

Their Highnesses' Herald called forth the Champions of Tir Righ, who did come and swear fealty to the Storm Thrones.

Royal Peers were called forth and did swear fealty to Their Highnesses, as did the Landed Barons and Baronesses of Tir Righ.

Members of the Orders of the Chivalry, the Laurel and the Pelican were then called forth, and did swear fealty to the Storm Thrones.

Their Highnesses' Herald next called forth the Principality Greater and Lesser Officers, who came before Their Highnesses and did swear fealty.

After serving the Principality of Tir Righ as Prince and Princess, Owain ap Einar (Ramsgaard) and Adwen Wrenn (Ramsgaard) were entered into the ranks of Viscount and Viscountess. Members of the Order of the Rose and of the Order of the Valorous Estate were called forth, and Viscountess Adwen Wrenn was welcomed into the Order of Valorous Estate.

Their Highnesses called forth and swore in Their Retinue. Her Highness let it be known that at any time you needed Them, you could approach any retinue member wearing Their badge.

On behalf of Their Majesties Tiernan and Miranda, Their Highnesses did present a Goutte de Sang to Lady Glynne Rose of Wyndhaven (Appledore).

Thegn Ulfgar announced there would be an eric party that evening with buy-a-life tournaments for armoured and rapier formats, proceeds to the Tir Righ Travel Fund. Prince Savaric announced that the winner of the armoured tournament would win a Tir Righ war shield and the winner of the rapier tournament would win a dagger.

Viscountess Bernadette Ebhilín Árd announced that the Barony of Lions Gate will be hosting Kingdom Bardic on the weekend of September 27/28.

Viscount Ieaun Gower announced that the Tir Righ war shields are still for sale. Athelstan and Christian then brought forth another field, painted with the Prince of Tir Righ's Arms, which was presented to Prince Savaric.

Baroness Jodan de la Montagne Carlitte presented Her Highness with 25 handcrafted beads with the Turkish evil eye.

The populace were then invited to swear an oath of support to Their Highnesses.

Thus ended the First Court of Their Highnesses, Prince Savaric and Shezade Safiye Sultan.

Closing Court

Court of Their Highnesses Savaric and Safiye, Prince and Princess of Tir Righ Tir Righ May Investiture May 11, 2008 being AS XLIII Shire of Ramsgaard

Being the Report of the Closing Court of Their Highnesses Savaric and Safiye, Prince and Princess of Tir Righ. Court held on May 11, 2008 being AS XLIII at May Investiture in the Shire of Ramsgaard

Their Highnesses invited His Excellency Griffin ap Bedwyr, Baron of Lions Gate into Their Court.

Viscount Ieuan Gower (Lionsdale) was called forth and presented with a Guardian of Tir Righ. Thegn Ulf Bloodfoot Fallgrson (Lions Gate) was then sworn in as the Scourge of Tir Righ (Armoured Champion).

His Lordship Thomas of Appledore (Appledore) was invested by Their Highnesses into the Order of L’Etoile d’Argent.

The autocrat, Lord Draven McRaith thanked all for coming to the event, and then thanked the members of the autocrat team with special mention to Lady Aislin and Lord Conn for stepping in at the last minute to run gate.

Viscountess Caiomhinn ingen Domnaille (Lions Gate) was called forth, and invested by Their Highnesses into the Order of L'Etoile d'Argent.

Rouva Finna Kettilsdottir announced the winners of the silent auction.

Viscountess Adwen Wrenn presented Shezade Safiye Sultan with the war banner so that She could present it to Prince Savaric.

Viscount Owain and Viscountess Wrenn bestowed gifts unto Their Highnesses who then bestowed gifts unto Their Excellencies.

The Shire of Ramsgaard presented Their Highnesses with gifts, and donated $170 to the travel fund.

Maestro Guidobaldo d'Aquila announced that the Rapier buy-a-life tournament raised $500 for the travel fund. Due to time constraints, the four fighters that were tied for first place donated the dagger back to Their Highnesses.

The Armoured buy-a-life tournament raised $260 for the Travel fund. Thegn Ulfgar won the Tir Righ war shield which he then donated to His Lordship Argyle MacMillan who will use it to hire mercenaries for the Avacal-Tir Righ war. Prince Savaric then spoke of Thegn Ulfgar’s Chivalry.

Thus ended the Court of Their Highnesses Savaric and Safiye, Prince and Princess of Tir Righ.
