Former Member of Crimson Star from Lionsdale. Married to Astoria LaMenuisar

Ailric was born in the mid 13th century in the town of Bristol England. At some point in his early years he became a student of the monk and father of modern science Roger Bacon and traveled to France during this time. He was educated in natural philosophy in Paris and Oxford, and completed the Trivium and (what the heck is the other thing called).

At some point he did some other things which are written elsewhere that tie into real history and King Henry III in a real cool way. He saved a ship carrying the kings daughter or bride from pirates hired by some French guy. He did this with a barrel of poor quality gunpowder. Something he learned about from Roger Bacon and learned how to make. His own boat and the attackers were damaged in the process, but the princess was safe and made it to shore across the channel.

Ailric spent a day floating in the sea aboard some debris and eventually was rescued by the Caravel or Carrack named the Crimson Star. It was an odd sort of ship, and seemed to be about too hundred years ahead of his time. He joined the crew. Was there when his Irish Crewmate Pierce O`Briain sank it (who he co-wrote We Like Battle with), and eventually vanished with his lady Astoria after Crimson Star sort of well, like totally umm, ahh, yeah, umm, disbanded? (not sure what really happened folks)

He's been in touch with folks since then and has even showed up to at at least one Lionsdale Champions tourney in the last few years.
