Her Ladyship Margaret Hamilton of Stirlingshire
HL Margaret Hamilton of Stirlingshire lives with her Lord James Wolfden near Newbury, England, mid-fourteenth century. James is a forester for the King, which allows them a lovely little plot of land. This almost compensates her for leaving Scotland, the place of her birth, due to the misfortune of falling in love with an Englishman. Related to the Hamiltons, who are powerbrokers in Scotland, she has been educated well in the ladies' arts and does read and write. Margaret embroiders, has begun to learn spinning and dyeing, and spends additional spare time weaving. As well she is a brewer of meads and the many variations thereof, and has recently been convinced to try her hand at brewing ales.
Margaret considers herself an archer first and foremost.
Having co-created the Tir Righ Brewers' Guild she is in her second term as Guild Master.
Margaret is apprenticed to Mistress Agnes Cresewyke, OL, being number seven. There is talk of adding so she will be seven of nine.
Margaret served with her husband James as the fourth Baron and Baroness of Lions Gate.
At the Tir Righ November Coronet in AS LIII, I waselevated to the Order of the Pelican by Their Royal Majesties Christian and Helene.
