Max was a key trainer of fighters in Lions Gate the surrounding region. For many years he ran a twice-weekly practice in Lions Gate which were well-attended by many local fighters as well as some travelling from further afield. Looking at the many knights and royal peers around Tir Righ that he trained, it is hard to argue that few have had as big an impact on our fighting community as Max. | |||

Maximus was squired to His Grace, Jarl Dak Ulfredsson before his elevation to the Order of Chivalry by Thorin III and Angharad IV at September Crown Tournament XXIII/1988.


Max was a key trainer of fighters in Lions Gate the surrounding region. For many years he ran a twice-weekly practice in Lions Gate which were well-attended by many local fighters as well as some travelling from further afield. Looking at the many knights and royal peers around Tir Righ that he trained, it is hard to argue that few have had as big an impact on our fighting community as Max.
