	Thomas Sinclair began his SCA career in the Shire of Dragons Mist in AS 34. He first got involved in Heavy Combat under the instruction of Squire Brian of Ledbury. It was in this year that he became a member of House of Hunter. His first tournament was Bar gemels AS 34 at which he advanced to the semi finals in the novice tournament. During his next three years he continued fighting, learning Heraldry, and brewing mead.
