Bardic Champion is Le Sieur Charles le Verdier and he sang in French (fifteen century, I believe).

Actually it was a three way semifinal where all three fighters had 1 loss. Kheron had lost to Oak, Oak had lost to Ulf and Ulf had lost to Kheron. In the semi finals Oak defeated Kheron and then Ulf defeated Kheron which produced an Oak-Ulf Final.
Other notable performances: Savaric and Sigurd had excellent tournaments and were the two last unbelted fighters.
