| * Cost: The drop in fee is only $5.00.

| Loaner gear is available. If you're new bring gloves and a sweatshirt. Runners are good too. No shorts or exposed skin. Men must wear jocks to spar.

| Parking is free and at the back of the hall; access is from the alley.

| We are five minutes from Sapperton Skytrain station on the Millenium Line and centrally located for all of Lions Gate.
