She began her trek through the Current Middle Ages circa AS XXXVIII/2002 at [[Ducal War XXXVII/2002]] having been introduced to the society her husband [[Gawin of Kevelioc]] and son [[Brian of Ledbury]].  Marianna's rise to notoriety in the [[Summits]] was swift in the fall of [[An Tir Timeline XXXVIII|AS XXXVIII/2003]].  Days after receiving her Award of Arms on 6 September at [[Acorn War XV XXXVIII/2003]] she was elected heir to Dame [[Elspeth of Wyre Forest]], 2nd Baroness of [[Terra Pomaria]] at [[Summits Fall Coronet XXXVIII/2003]] and succeeded her later that year at [[Summits Winter Investiture XXXVIII/2003]] to became one half of the 3rd baronage of Terra Pomaria along with her lord husband Gawin of Kevelioc.  In November [[An Tir Time Line XLI|AS XLI/2006]] a confidence vote was taken by orders of the Crown of [[An Tir]] of the populace of the barony that resulted in [[Gawin and Marianna of Terra Pomaria|Gawin and Marianna]] being confirmed by their populace per [[Amalric and Caia]], King and Queen of An Tir, to rule over Terra Pomaria for an additional three years, however, the crown decided it was time for change and [[Gawin and Marianna of Terra Pomaria|Gawin and Marianna]] were asked to step down.  The decision was announced to a stunned and teary eyed populace of the barony Monday, January 8th at Ceilidh social night with [[Gawin and Marianna of Terra Pomaria|Gawin and Marianna]] formally stepping down and resigning their positions one week later at the branch business meeting January 15th AS XLI/2007.

Marianna's contribution upon taking over as a landed [[baroness]] will forevermore be remembered for her commitment and development of Terra Pomaria's sergeants program resulting in one of the best plans offered in the kingdom.  As well, her rule had been trademarked by a special emphasis of bringing back the tournament pageantry of the Middle Ages.  In addition to being the mundane mother of Brian of Ledbury, Marianna is also the mother of fellow SCAdian [[Morganna of Green River]], mother-in-law of [[Nemo Magnus]] and [[Acacia Gryffyn]] and grandmother of several young and talented smalls of An Tir.
