Löwenmähne Herald is a deputy to [[Black Lion Principal Herald|Black Lion]]. Its function is to provide field heraldry for the four major Kingdom events - May/September Crown, Twelfth Night and July Coronation. Löwenmähne is also responsible for training new field heralds and managing them on the day of the tournament.

Löwenmähne has a deputy, [[Town Crier Pursuivant]], who is responsible for doing Town Cry.
