Toyama no Katsuhito

Toyama no Katsuhito is seneschal of the College of Cranehaven and is an honorary citizen of the Shire of Dregate. He received his Award of Arms and Jambe de Lion in part due to his outstanding work creating Taiko drums, which he performs on regularly. "Katsu" to his friends, he is also a gifted scribe and archer.
