Arlys o Gordon
Laurel, Pel, and all-round cool person.
Arlys is a lifelong musician who currently sings with and co-directs Musica Draconis along with her partner in musicmaking, the Honorable Lady Francesca Testarose dei Martini. Originally a ladies' vocal consort, based in the Shire of Dragon's Mist, Draconis has grown considerably over the years to a full SATB consort and includes a number of excellent instrumentalists. Arlys is a founding member of the shire, was the first Rivers Ithra Chancellor, and served the University as a Regent and instructor. She is one of the minds behind Accademia dei Studiosi, a new educational program designed by the retired Rivers Ithra team which will serve Rivers Region and The Summits and due to debut sometime in A.S. XLIII. Arlys' other interests include a variety of musicological subjects, embroidery, English domestic studies, and period paranormal. She also plays psaltery, sings solo, loves a good story, and has recently decided to find out whether or not her calligraphy is legible.
