First Court

First Court of Their Highnesses Ulf and Caoimhinn, Prince and Princess of Tir Righ Tir Righ Summer Investiture May 26, 2007 being AS XLII Shire of Danescombe

Being the Report of the First Court of Their Highnesses Ulf and Caoimhinn, Prince and Princess of Tir Righ. Court held on May 26, 2007 being AS XLII at Summer Investiture in the Shire of Danescombe.

Their Highnesses' Herald called forth the Royal Peers present, who did come and swear fealty to the Storm Thrones.

Members of the Orders of the Chivalry, the Laurel and the Pelican were called forth and did swear fealty to Their Highnesses.

Principality Officers came before Their Highnesses and swore fealty.

Their Highnesses' Herald next called forth the Champions of Tir Righ, who came before Their Highnesses and did swear fealty.

The populace of Tir Righ were invited to come forward and swear fealty to Their Highnesses and many did come forward, kneel and so swear.

The members of the Noble Estate came before Their Highnesses and did swear fealty.

The Shire of Krakenfjord came before Their Highnesses in number, and their Seneschal, Her Ladyship Marianella di Ravenna, did make an impassioned plea for justice. The Shire of Danescombe, hosting Their Highnesses Investiture, did use the Shire of Krakenfjord's lands without asking for permission or even letting Krakenfjord help. After hearing Her Ladyship's pleas, Their Highnesses commanded that the Seneschal of Danescombe come before Them, and asked His Lordship Thorin if there was merit in Krakenfjord's words. There indeed being merit in Krakenfjord's position, Her Ladyship Marianella said that while their feelings were hurt, they could be calmed with "Chocolate. Much, much chocolate. Baskets of chocolate. Please." The negotiations continued, with Their Highnesses smoothing over the difficulties of the Chocolate Wars and restoring calm to Their Lands. Showing their generosity, Their Highnesses did send out chocolate from Their hands to the Shire of Krakenfjord.

The Shire of Krakenfjord also made a presentation of largesse to Their Majesties.

After serving the Principality of Tir Righ as its Prince and Princess, Ulfgar Thorvaldsson and Renee de Josselin were entered into the ranks of Viscount and Viscountess and presented with scrolls created by the Principality Scribe Her Ladyship Alicia le Wilfulle. Thane Ulfgar and Vicomtesse Renee did then swear fealty to the Storm Thrones.

Members of the Order of the Rose and of the Order of the Valorous Estate were called forth. Vicomtesse Renee was welcomed into the Order of Valorous Estate and presented with the remaining beads that she used during her reign for her Princess' Talon of Favour.

The Royal Scribe, Her Ladyship Elina Karsdottir, did address the populace about the scribal tent, open for the painting of Principality charters and for scribal discussion.

The populace were advised that the Invocation of Lists for the Scourge of Tir Righ (heavy champion) would open one half hour after court.

Baron Harold Devin of Waltham and Baroness Aurora Argentius presented Their Highnesses with personalized Principality stationary, including notepaper, writing paper and business cards.

Thus ended the First Court of Their Highnesses Ulf and Caoimhinn, Prince and Princess of Tir Righ.


Second Court

Second Court of Their Highnesses Ulf and Caoimhinn, Prince and Princess of Tir Righ Tir Righ Summer Investiture May 26, 2007 being AS XLII Shire of Danescombe

Being the Report of the Second Court of Their Highnesses Ulf and Caoimhinn, Prince and Princess of Tir Righ. Court held on May 26, 2007 being AS XLII at Summer Investiture in the Shire of Danescombe.

Sir Sevrin, Scourge of Tir Righ, did come before Their Highnesses and return his regalia after serving as Tir Righ's Armoured Champion. Their Highnesses thanked Sir Sevrin for his service and did invest him as a Guardian of Tir Righ.

Viscount Ieuan Gower, victorious in the Lists this day, was welcomed by Their Highnesses, and invested as the Tir Righ's Armoured Champion the Scourge of Tir Righ. Viscount Ieuan did accept the Boar's Tooth, the Spear of Tir Righ, and swore fealty to the Storm Thrones.

The Acting Chirurgeon, Her Ladyship Goode MacBrian, stepped down and Thane Ulfgar Thorvaldsson was sworn in as Tir Righ's new Chirurgeon.

Thus ended the Second Court of Their Highnesses Ulf and Caoimhinn, Prince and Princess of Tir Righ.


Closing Court

Closing Court of Their Highnesses Ulf and Caoimhinn, Prince and Princess of Tir Righ Tir Righ Summer Investiture May 27, 2007 being AS XLII Shire of Danescombe

Being the Report of the Closing Court of Their Highnesses Ulf and Caoimhinn, Prince and Princess of Tir Righ. Court held on May 27, 2007 being AS XLII at Summer Investiture in the Shire of Danescombe.

On behalf of Prince Ulfgar and Princess Renee, by the grace of King Sven and Queen Signy, Their Highnesses awarded Roland Fergusen an Award of Arms.

Her Highness Caoimhinn thanked the autocrat, Mistress Yrsa Ketilsdottir, and did present her with flowers and a token of Their Highnesses' appreciation.

Her Highness Caoimhinn did then address the populace, asking if everyone had a good event. She was answered with a resounding cheer. Her Highness thanked all for coming, and said that They had a fabulous time and that the Shire's hospitality was wonderful. Her Highness then thanked everyone for coming to this, Their Investiture.

Thus ended the Closing Court of Their Highnesses Ulf and Caoimhinn, Prince and Princess of Tir Righ.

(From the Court Reporter: prior to this Court, Their Highnesses recognized His Lordship Saif al Sirhan, Squire to Sir Owain ap Einar, for his victory in the Knight's Invitational Tourney this day. Their Highnesses also recognized Arkill "Arg" MacMillan, Squire to Viscount Ieuan Gower, for the honour of the Chivalry prize in the tourney.)
