Event Highlights

The following events occurred in the final court of Their Royal Majesties Cedric and Elizabeth this Saturday at Twelfth Night in the Barony of Glymm Mere.

Their Majesties were joined by Their Royal Highnesses, Owain and Wrenn, Their Highnesses of the Summits, Rustam and Suvia, Their Highnesses of Avacal, Steinn and Gemma and Their Highnesses of Tir Righ, Ulfgar and Renee. Their Majesties bid Their populace to make themselves comfortable.

Upon the opening of Their final court, King Cedric and Queen Elizabeth asked the populace gathered for a moment of silence in remembrance of Count Nicholaus Barchatov.

At the resumption of Their final court, Their Majesties called forth Prince Owain ap Einar. Their Majesties presented Owain with a scroll in recognition of his admittance into the Lion’s Sword as past Champion of An Tir.

Muireann inghean ui Rodain, the 12th Night autocrat, came before Their Majesties and thanked the populace for their attendance and made general announcements regarding the event. Their Majesties gifted her with largess in appreciation for her hard work in creating such a wonderful event.

Their Majesties called forth the members of the Order of the Chivalry and admitted William of the Battered Helm into their order.

The Barony of Adiantum presented Their Majesties with a 2010 Kingdom Photo Calendar.

Alessandra Lorenza di Martini d’Simonetti, Angela Rosa Dellamora, Annaka Poznanska, Bergdis Thorgrimsdottir, Dryfa in rautha, Ellen Fraser, Gabriella Marguerite Simonetti Rucellai, Isabella De Lucca, Maderun verch Trahaern, Mirien La Texedora, Murakami Tsuruko, Sophia Bruno and Vilda Leusch were called before Her Majesty and in recognition of their hard work and talents as Their Majesties costumers, were awarded Forget-Me-Nots.

Her Majesty also wished to recognize Their Royal Regional Retinue Coordinators for all of their support during Their reign. Bernadette Ebhilin Ard, Brighid Ross, Emma von Bern and Miranda Faoltiarna were called forth and awarded Forget-Me-Nots.

Their Majesties called before Them the Lion’s of An Tir and spoke of those who embody the ideals of the society and whose long-standing service is the very fiber of An Tir. Their Majesties called before Them, Rolf Longbow and admitted him into their ranks.

The members of the Order of Chivalry came before Their Majesties and called for the recognition of Alden Penloran. For his prowess and chivalry on the field, Alden was admitted into their noble order.

Mark of the White Hand was called to attend to Their Majesties. King Cedric spoke of his noble deeds and dedication to An Tir, and commanded the presence of the members of the Order of the Pelican. Mark of the White Hand was placed on vigil to be elevated to this order by Their Royal Highnesses, Owain and Wrenn.

Her Majesty called forth Their Royal Highnesses, Owain and Wrenn and for their support and friendship, Queen Elizabeth awarded them Forget-Me-Nots.

At this time, Their Majesties released Their Royal Highnesses from Their court, and bid them to prepare for Their coronation to the Sable Lion thrones.

Queen Elizabeth called Talentus Artiglio del Ferro to come before the thrones. Her Majesty acknowledged that at his elevation into the Order of the White Scarf, a piece of business had not been attended to. As was requested by Talentus, Queen Elizabeth buffeted him to the cheers of the populace.

King Cedric and Queen Elizabeth requested the presence of Muireann inghean ui Mhuimeachain, Senior Dean of the Accademia dei Studiosi. Their Majesties wished to recognize the Accademia and its first graduate. Elspeth de Shropshire was called before Their court and presented a scroll in recognition of her accomplishments.

Her Majesty called forth Ashley Longbow, Berengaria Longbow, Rolf Longbow and Tamlyn of Wyntersea. In recognition of their hard work and service to the Crowns of An Tir, Queen Elizabeth bestowed upon them Forget-Me-Nots.

Their Majesties requested the presence of Aethan of Eppelhyrste and Miranda Faoltiarna. Their Majesties thanked them for their roles of Pennsic Royal Liaison and Pennsic Largess Coordinator, respectively. In recognition of their deeds, they were awarded Throne Favors.

Their Majesties called before Them members of the Order of the Pelican. This order petitioned Their Majesties for the admittance of Julianna van Aardenburg. King Cedric and Queen Elizabeth, pleased with Julianna’s continued service to An Tir elevated her as a companion of this noble order.

Gwenllyen Potter was called before Their Majesties. For her charitable deeds and unending service to An Tir, They awarded unto her admittance into the Order of the Goutte de Sang.

Their Majesties called before Them the members of the Order of the Gray Goose Shaft. For his devotion in the art of archery, William Mac An Toisich was admitted into this grand order.

King Cedric called before Him, Alexander Alain McBain, Ceridwen Ravenhawk of Conway, Gernon Valletort du Harfleur and Murcadh Dal Cais. For their personal service to the King, His Majesty awarded unto them King’s Favors.

Their Majesties called before Them, Cymbric of the Isles. King Cedric and Queen Elizabeth wished to recognize Cymbric’s dedicated and long-standing service to An Tir, and awarded unto her the honor of the Lion’s Strength.

Her Majesty requested the presence of Alyse Siobhan der Reschke, Elisabeth de Rossingnol, Ismenia Wystan, Regina the Wanderer and Stjarna Ravenhair. In recognition of their personal service to the Queen, Her Majesty awarded them Forget-Me-Nots.

Her Majesty called before Her, Cedric Wlfraven, Eirik Daegarsson, Finn Rolfsson, Gracion de la Rochelle, Halla Hrafnsdottir, Hengis Helgison, Murcadh Dal Cais, Seamus de Mantel and William of the Battered Helm. Queen Elizabeth thanked these members of Her guard for their service during Her reign as Queen, and awarded them Forget-Me-Nots. At this time, Cedric Wlfraven returned to Her Majesty’s keeping her gloves and goblet and on behalf of Her guard, a dozen red roses.

William Arrowmakere was called forth to kneel before Their Majesties. In recognition of William’s continued and devoted service to An Tir, Their Majesties awarded him admittance into the Order of the Goutte de Sang.

His Majesty called before Him, Rolf Longbow, Olfus Brantsson and Stykaar Jarlskald. King Cedric thanked them for serving as members of His guard and bestowed upon them King’s Favors.

Their Majesties thanked the scribes who worked on, and designed the charters and scrolls for Their Reign. They called before Them, Adwen Wrenn, Alainne de Lacy, Anastasia Komene, Angilu di Antonellu, Annaka Poznanska, Anne Brynley, Aron the Sinister, Arwen McDougall Lioncourt, Eleanor de Sackville, Elissabetta Annisa Gabrielle, Elizabeth Turner de Carlisle, Inga the Unfettered, Ismena Wystan, Marion von Rapp, Molly Modine, Morwyn of Wye, Renart the Fox, Robin of Thornwood, Tamlyn of Wyntersea, Tegan of Conwy, Temetgen de Worde and Wynn the Waywarde. Her Majesty thanked them all for their hard work and praised their talents. In appreciation, they were gifted with Royal Scribal tokens etched with Her Majesty’s personal arms.

King Cedric called forth Ashley Longbow, Berengaria Longbow and Tamlyn of Wyntersea. His Majesty expressed his gratitude for all of their hard work as Head of Retinue, Royal Court Liaison and Royal Scribe, respectively. In recognition of their service and support to His Majesty, He bestowed upon them King’s Favors.

Styrkaar Jarlskald came before Their Majesties and by Their leave addressed the populace. He invited one and all to the May Crown Tournament in the Barony of Wastekeep to witness An Tir’s heroes compete for the Sable Lion throne.

At this time, Her Majesty called before Her members of the populace who were attending their first event. Queen Elizabeth welcomed them all to An Tir and gifted them with hand struck coins.

Their Majesties called before Them, Fiach CuCool Ulfredsson and Rodrekr ormstunga Sigmundson. In recognition of his prowess and chivalry on the field, His Majesty called forth the Order of the Chivalry and admitted him into their ranks.

Their Majesties requested the presence of Their retinue, being Her Majesties ladies-in-waiting, members of the Queen’s Guard and King’s Guard, and Their Royal Retinue Coordinators. King Cedric and Queen Elizabeth thanked everyone and released Their retinue from their duties and vows of fealty.

Her Majesty, for Her final business as Queen, bestowed upon Her husband, King Cedric and Their children, Princess Royale Tedra Cedricsdottir and Prince Royale Thane Cedricsson, the award of the Forget-Me-Not, for their love and support.

Their Majesties thanked the populace of An Tir for being a part of Their reign and for allowing Them the opportunity to reign as Sable Lion and Lioness.

Thus concluded the final court of Their Majesties, King Cedric II and Queen Elizabeth II. Following Their final court, Their Majesties crowned Owain, King by right of arms, and Wrenn, by grace and beauty, Queen.

Long live King Owain! Long live Queen Wrenn!
