Tiernan mor dal Cais and Miranda Faoltiarna served as the founding Baron and Baroness of Stromgard from 9 January AS XXXIV/2000 through 11 January AS XXXVII/2003.

Both received Court Baronies when they stepped down from the hands of Their Majesties Davin and Groa.

Tiernan mor dal Cais and Miranda Faoltiarna serve as the Baron and Baroness of Stromgard stepping up as the fifth set of Excellencies for Stromgard at The Grand Thing V in 2010. Tiernan had just won May Crown one week prior to Their investiture as the Baron and Baroness. They did not put their lands into the hands of a viceroy during their reign as the 58th King and Queen of An Tir. Rather, they chose to continue holding the lands, acting as the Baron and Baroness, attending both events and council meetings.
