Switch from Newbie to Newcomer

I believe that we should prefer the more polite term newcomer and so I made this the main article and put see: Newcomer on the Newbie page. This is is more in line with SCA policy and that of most Chatelaines. Edward (talk) 00:07, 31 January 2019 (CST)
