How does one go about recommending a page for Featured status? are there any qualifications that must be met for said page to be featured? -- Skallagrim Grimkjellson

I would like to see the "Help" link on the site navigation (under the Kingdom arms on the left) link to Help:Contents instead of mediawiki help page. I just think that would be much more useful.
