Meistres Manyra Thorinsdottir [1] has been a member of the SCA since 1995. She is a 12th C Welsh widow born near Cilgarren Castle. Her first SCA event was Feast of Stories in Seagirt/Saint Giles. She currently resides in the shire of Rhuddglyn.
At Avacal November Coronet 2005 she was elevated to the Order of the Pelican, possibly for helping establish the Shire of Rhuddglyn (which was elevated to full status at that event), holding the office of Principality Chronicler for 4 years and autocrating numerous events.
