Magnus was brought into the SCA as a member of the Dark Wyvern in 2001, a Pirate household filled with many friends. Most of the Dark Wyvern attends Clinton War and only Clinton War. Magnus along with Duncan Tweed have taken on norse personas, journeying beyond just Clinton War.

He was squired to Sir Ulfgar at September Coronet A.S. XLV

Magnus is often seen cavorting with his friends Krenn von Salzburg and Steinnar.
