Come to Madrone's Baronial Banquet on Saturday October 14th and indulge yourself like Italian Rennaissance nobility:
The Madrone Culinary Guild will be provicing a lavish six course banquet for your peasure. We are preparing more than 20 dishes including Genoese pasta with arugula pesto, Roast chicken with Orange-cinnamon sauce, ginger cheesecake, beef stewed in wine dried cherries, crispy fried pearl onions, candied pine-nuts and so much more!
Schedule:
- 10:00 am - Site opens for cooks and set up
- 12:00 pm - Site opens
- 1:00 pm - processional line up or sitting in state
- 2:30 pm - Court begins
- 4:00 pm - Set up for dinner
- 5:00 pm - first course
- 5:25 pm - second course
- 6:00 pm - third course
- 6:10 pm - dancing demo
- 6:25 pm - break
- 6:30 pm - Call back to seats/Zulu sings
- 6:35 pm - Swearing in of Champions
- 6:45 pm - fourth course
- 7:15 pm - fifth course
- 7:45 pm - sixth course
- 7:50 pm - closing announcement/final court business
- 8:10 pm - clean up
- 10:00 pm - site closes
