Fellow of S. Giles was a rank given at S. Giles College.
In the early years of S. Giles a program was begun, inspired by the idea of an Ithra degree, to educate newcomers. After a number of courses the newcomer was invested in an academic-style ceremony and given a black hood to wear identifying them as part of the Fellowship.
Courses for Fellowship
Fellowship required completion of the following courses:
- Basic courses:
- Introduction to St. Giles (2hrs)
- Basic Calligraphy (2hrs)
- Courtesy and Etiquette (2hrs)
- Historic Costuming (2hrs)
- Basic Heraldry (2hrs)
- Ten additional hours of optional courses.
