Greetings unto the populace of AnTir

Here's the latest information regarding Crown Council, including a schedule of meetings. For more information, please refer to the Crown Council website at http://home.earthlink.net/~wheelerkw. At this website you will find general information, maps, diagrams of the meeting rooms, directions and other handy tidbits.

Reminder: Please bring your own feast gear. The Barony of Aquaterra will be providing light foods during the entire day, including fruits, cheeses, breads, sandwiches, soups and the like, but you need to provide the eating utensils. Bringing your own food is allowed, but, please, nothing that needs to be cooked. Basic beverages such as cider, water, coffee and tea will be provided, but you are encouraged to bring your own personal beverage choices. Remember, the site is dry.

Parking is a bit of a challenge. There is a small side lot associated with the church that will be reserved for Royalty and visiting Royalty. The street directly in front of the church (Hoyt Ave) is for short duration pick up and delivery. The main parking area is about 31/2 blocks away at a local high school. This parking lot will be patrolled by constabulary during the event. A shuttle will be available for those of you who choose not to walk.

I would recommend that you bring whatever project you are currently working upon to fill your time between meetings. The Barony will be providing games, Darts, muscians and a magic show during the supper break, but you may find yourself with down time. If you have an A&S project, finished or not, you'd like to display for comment, this would be excellent opportunity to catch the eye of many knowledgeable folk. The Barony of Aquaterra is providing a Pied Piper presense, but keep in mind that Crown Council is primarily one long business meeting.
