Blackwater is a household in the kingdom of An Tir. The term "household" is a bit misleading in that they are less of an encampment and more of a liquor store run by a corn-rowed gentleman named Leitholfer. Every Autumn War, they host a bardic compition wherein the winner receives a bottle of cheap booze provided by the hosts of Blackwater. They are easy to find at any given event due to the trademark bull skulls marking the camp's enterence, the constant drum circling, and the waft of hard liquor.

They throw a good party.
