Given out as the Baron or Baroness of Terra Pomaria deem fit, to a child 15 years of age or less, for consistent and continued service to the Barony. The form of the award shall be a charm in the form of an otter on a favor. If the same child receives the favor more than once, another charm may be added to the favor.
