This award is in the form of a diamond shaped pendant bearing the populace badge, on a beaded necklace attached shall be a gem emblem signifying the category of the award. The three categories are: Ruby (Gules) for Service, Sapphire (Azure) for Arts and Science, Emerald (Vert) for Martial. Each segment of the award can only be received once.
