May May XVIII/1983
May Crown - the crown the snow burned May Crown was held in Walla Walla and the Friday night cottonwood dropping from the trees caught fire and quickly spreading throughout the camp. No one was injured byt eh fire, but one participant was taken to the emergency room with wounds from fighting the fire.
Torgul Steingrimsson won the tournament but Angharad revealed subsequently that his crown princess had been a member for less than one year, making him innelidgable.
July July XVIII/1983
July Crownation Although normally a coronation event, the failed May Crown led to a compressed tourney + crowning north of Madrone. Manfred Kreigstrider won the crown.
