Event Highlights
In the war, An Tir carried the day both days, while the West fought valiantly and honorably, earning victories in some battles. Notably, the second day's castle battles had to be suspended because the fighters were so enthusiastic that they broke the castle beyond field repair.
The An Tirian Spartans were called, en masse, in front of court so that their majesties could honor them all, and give awards to numerous members. Two goutte de sangs were presented, an hastae leonis, and a jambe de lion. (Names, please?)
Dragon's Mist was blessed to have a number of its members granted awards of arms. Helena Zancani, José Cabrera de Castilla, Nicolai Rabenis Von Tachov, Lisette De La Rose, Markus Andronikus Belisarious, Constance Wyatt and Talieson Teagwas were thus honored. In addition, Lady Elizabeth Catesby was granted membership to the order of the Jambe de Lion.

At the last moment, their majesties were left without a meal plan, and the Iron Ring and Havoc made room to feed them. We were happy to have meals brought down to their majesties (and Avacal Tanist Stein, and their head-of-retinue Ula Brennasdottir, her husband and their daughter), but on Friday night, they blessed us by making the trek up to the top of the hill to have a spaghetti dinner with us.
