The Arts & Sciences champion of the Principality of the Summits. The position is held for one year. The Alpine Scholar is traditionally chosen through a competition (organized by the outgoing scholar) at Summits Winter Investiture. The regalia for the office is a hand-tooled leather baldric. The Alpine Scholar has a place in the Principality Court of the Summits and gives one of the challenges during Principality Investitures.
